Megan Connolly: 1/5 Stars 17/01/2019 Refund not processed & ignoring emails On 15th November I ordered angel wings from Gemporia, when they arrived they were different colours, also one of the wings was a returned item from another customer and had their personal details still on the wing & marked for returned department, this wing was covered in hair on the felt at the base. I contacted Gemporia on 17th November explaining this, few emails back & forth requesting photos etc then they advised me to return the items to them. On the 18th November they confirmed a full refund + the cost for me posting the item back to them would be refunded. On 20th November I sent an email confirming postage & provided copy of postage receipt. On the 13th December the refund for the wings was put into my account but not the £14.95 postage, I sent an email chasing this up on 13/12/18. On the 21st December, I had not received my refund or a response to their email so again I sent another email chasing this up. On the 26th December I sent a further email, this time requesting a complaints pack as they were ignoring my emails. I have heard nothing since from Gemporia. Gemporia has not yet responded. Kathy Hartley: 1/5 Stars 06/03/2018 Earrings It was not possible to view ruby earrings through the polythene wrapper and when examined the earrings fall away because the post is at the top of the piece not in the middle to balance the earring. The presenters state that items are refundable but do not mention on air that this does not apply to earrings. This misleads the buyer. Gemporia has not yet responded. Joan: 1/5 Stars 10/09/2016 Fed up with the presenters never stop talking Every time I try to watch your channel all your presenters, with their poor Engligh grammer, never stop talking. Always love this or love that, and continue talking for ages before showing the item for sale. If this occurred in a shop, I would never again patronize that establishment....... I know I am not alone in my opinion. Several of my friends have stopped watching your programme for the same reason. Will not be watching again myself! Joan Gemporia has not yet responded. Gemporia responded on 03/09/2015: Hello Catherine, If the item was purchased in June, the item would still be well within it's six month warranty and if it is faulty, you would be entitled to either a refund, a store credit or a replacement (subject to availability). Mal Bloor: 1/5 Stars 08/04/2018 Poor service My cousin purchased a ring in November 2017, she recently noticed a stone had come out of the ring, she contacted Gemporia to be told it is out of the 30 day gaurantee, on the programme they you have 30 days to return an item if you change your mind or the item is not right for you, they do not say the item ony has 30 days to develope a fault, they are now expecting my cousin to pay to have a FAULTY item repaired Gemporia has not yet responded.
