I went on live chat to query my balance reducing after game cutting out before game began and I contacted live chat which told me it was my phone, then I wanted advisor to wait on chat for me to screen print proof of this and I was told he could not wait and cut me off, at the time of this I was screen shotting then I went back onto chat to advisor called Jamie, and he was so arrogant with his replies when I asked for managet. He told me no managers available which I thought was against the law on such a reputable site. My account and VIP status with paddy power is not looked at appropriately and I have to ask for rewards that I used to get but all of a sudden stopped not happy and the money I spend I feel treated like rubbishy thanks sue
