Glenda Meade: 1/5 Stars 02/02/2018 duty manager does not do his job, i have been playing bandit all nite and somebody played my credit I played the bandit this evening as always £120 plus i put in, i reserved my bandit as went to play bingo,when i came back 25 pound credit had been used, i asked for cctv to be looked at the manager looked and said oh well ye can see what happened but cant do a thing, 7 customers also told him that the women had played my credit and he still did nothing, 400 plus a month i pay for my bingo a month, and a person comes in plays all ur credit on abndit, he admits he never seen her before and more or less toled me he cant do anything??? Mecca Bingo has not yet responded. Nicola Twaddle: 1/5 Stars 07/01/2017 Not paying my winnings I recently joined mecca online bingo I think it was the 31st December. I deposited £10.00 and won a few small prices also won £115.00. When I went to withdraw my money from my account it kept coming up as bad request so I had to end up phoning customer service who told me that security had put a block on my account i did say i was not sure if it may have been because i did by mistake put in the wrong year of my date of birth. The man said it was fine and he would let the security department know. The man said i had to email 2 forms of id to get my account opened. He sent me an email with the address and I sent an email away with my 2 forms of id. That was a week ago and I've called customer service twice since then. The first time I was fobed off by her saying she would send a message to security asking them to email me about the account and that it can take up to 72 hrs for a security check to go through. Still no email so I called again yesterday only to be told that they were in the process of verifying my account and could i please give them just a bit more time. But to be honest with you I really don't believe a word anyone has told me at customer service as I've had no email about my account or about the 2 forms of id I sent them. I'm slowly losing patience with mecca and if I don't get access to my account (which I now can't even get into because security have put a block on it) to withdraw my money I will have no choice but to take this further. I have been looking online to see the route I would need to take this further and if this does not get resolved very soon I will be contacting the independent betting adjudication service. I for once would appreciate if this email could receive a reply from someone at mecca to let me know this is being dealt with and not ignored and fobed off like I have been up until now. Juan Jose: 5/5 Stars 01/03/2019 Person who calls thee number I usually enjoy coming in to bingo gateshead. There is one of the staff who calls the number and he just rushes. I do play on paper and sometimes I don't even have time to mark the number and he already has call the next number. I am putting this complain being at the bingo it's Friday 1st of March. I don't want to mention the name of staff,but I suppose that the company knows who I am talking about. Everytime I see this member of the staff calling the numbers I just feel like I'm losing my money. Thinking about not coming back Jane Clough: 5/5 Stars 15/10/2018 Complaining We deaf group every Sunday come bingo we enjoyed and staff very helpful but customer man not welcome us cost we use bang bang mean won bingo and we cannot speak one man very rude put his member card on table stop us seat why we can see screen numbers. He alway talk other people about us we feelings unwelcome been complaining to management help but still still unhappy think about we not come all more feelings call hate crime to us .
