Complaint against Mecca Bingo
I recently joined mecca online bingo I think it was the 31st December. I deposited £10.00 and won a few small prices also won £115.00. When I went to withdraw my money from my account it kept coming up as bad request so I had to end up phoning customer service who told me that security had put a block on my account i did say i was not sure if it may have been because i did by mistake put in the wrong year of my date of birth. The man said it was fine and he would let the security department know. The man said i had to email 2 forms of id to get my account opened. He sent me an email with the address and I sent an email away with my 2 forms of id. That was a week ago and I've called customer service twice since then. The first time I was fobed off by her saying she would send a message to security asking them to email me about the account and that it can take up to 72 hrs for a security check to go through. Still no email so I called again yesterday only to be told that they were in the process of verifying my account and could i please give them just a bit more time. But to be honest with you I really don't believe a word anyone has told me at customer service as I've had no email about my account or about the 2 forms of id I sent them. I'm slowly losing patience with mecca and if I don't get access to my account (which I now can't even get into because security have put a block on it) to withdraw my money I will have no choice but to take this further. I have been looking online to see the route I would need to take this further and if this does not get resolved very soon I will be contacting the independent betting adjudication service. I for once would appreciate if this email could receive a reply from someone at mecca to let me know this is being dealt with and not ignored and fobed off like I have been up until now.
