Bought some blinds which took nearly 4 month to be fitted after ordering them, then they didn't fit properly, I was ting them for months to see what balance was left on my account they wouldn't tell me over the phone never received a statement through the post when promised, when they finally emailed me a statement I had overpaid by £450 which they won't let me have a refund for I have to buy something else from them, for instance if I wanted a standard beco fridge freezer they want a extra £220 on top of the )450 I'm in credit, customer service is absolutely disgusting staff are rude and are not willing to help what so ever!!
