Complaint against UK Homemaker

i was in credit with UK HOMEMAKER,they was taking money out of my account and i had not ordered any goods,i asked for refund they wouldnt give it to me and said i had to order goods with credit,i was living with my mother at that time and ordered her a table and chairs,they arrived eventually after many phone calls complaining where was the table what should have arrived at christmas 2015 instead it arrived late feb 2016.when it arrived the chairs and table was damaged,i contacted homemaker who then sent the manager and he agreed it was damaged and would tell the company to change it,i am still waiting from homemaker to change the table and chairs,my grandaughter as fallen off the damage chair as it was all cracked i have no room to move the table too so this is very dangerous for my family,i want a full refund asap as this is a joke and the company shouldnt be allowed to do this to customers
