I didn't realise my account had been paid in full & continued paying uk homemaker from March til August then I noticed. That's 4-5 months of £15 per week payments. On contacting them I was told I couldn't get my money back so would have to spend it within the company. I reluctantly agreed and ordered a tv, and continued the payments while awaiting delivery. 7 weeks on there was no contact n no tv... Contacted them again by email & phone and got nothing but told they'd call back which they didn't! Called again last week and cancelled the television and the call was disconnected and I'm still waiting on them contacting me !!
