Not received goods after waiting 8 weeks

Complaint against UK Homemaker

We are existing customers with uk homemaker.. an agent called an told us we had over payed and would we like to order anything else. He told us they couldnt lay us back the money we over payed as it was a credit agreement. Our cooker had broke so we ordered a bew one. We were told it would take approx 4 weeks. After 4 weeks and 6 days i rang to find out where it was. The lady on the phone told us it could take up to 6 weeks. We left it again until the 6 weeks was up and rang again. She then told us it could take 7 weeks and we had been misinformed. She also said that there was a backlog and we are priority customers and would be called by someone as soon as it came into stock. It has now been nearly 9 weeks and no phone call. Solicitors will be involved now.
