Complaint against The Hut Group

I have now tried to contact TheHub with regards to an order I placed on there website. I changed my delivery address to my new address on checkout and this then reverted back to my old address when the payment and confirmation went through. After many attempts to contact TheHut still not heard anything back from them even though it states that they will response to my query within 24 hours. I've now had confirmation from there delivery company that my parcel is on its way to be delivered to my old address!. So I don't know what I'm supposed to do, due to TheHuts website incorrectly changing my delivery address. I've now got my parcel being delivered incorrectly.
