Complaint against Whirlpool

I have a faulty drier, which was reported over 12 months ago I have recently been offered a replacement at a cost of £99.00. I decided to accept this offer, only to find that the Company does not have any stock,of the condenser type drier. On contacting Whirlpool, I was told that demand has been high, and that I must keep trying the website in case they make more available. Could the cast of the Muppet show edo a better job of running this business? Dave

Contacted by Whirlpool, who offered a replacement machine at a cost of £99.00 I have taken this offer, and the new machine has arrived, with the old one collected by the same driver.Not happy with paying to replace their faulty machine., but better than running the risk of setting the house on fire.

I think anything that has been proved faulty should be replaced, with all costs to the manufacturer.However I need a dryer, and can not continue with a faulty one.
