Complaint against Homebase
I made a reservation online to collect an item in store I was told their was stock,later to find out after travelling over 40 mile to the only store which said this item was in stock,I was told they haven't got it and it's been discontinued.I replied and even showed the staff the confirmation email and text message I recievedconfirming that the item is in stock and ready to collect after midday. I asked what they was going to do to resolve this issue of false information which is getting any customers regards to picking up items reserved and to find out when they get in store they haven't got it, I was told "well what do you want us to do about it" with a sharp attitude of a no brained staff. I am absouloutly appalled and would not recommend homebase to anyone and over the past few years iv brought endless amounts of renovation items,paint,wallpaper,garden items etc. It's a shame.
