Failure to deliver an oven

Complaint against Homebase

On the 26th I ordered a hob and oven from home base. I had a text from hotpoint saying there team would be with me until completion. By Friday I had heard nothing. I contacted homebase help line and they said they would chase hotpoint. On Saturday I contacted them again and they said it would be Monday before I was contacted. On Monday I contacted the help line again. I was eventually told the oven was discontinued. I said I was not happy and wanted to talk to a manager. I was told it could take up to 48 hours for a manager to call and up to 5 days to get my money back.
