Complaint against Mean Threads
I placed an order online on the 28 October for two t shirts which were Christmas presents. The website states it could take 3-4 weeks for delivery as some items come direct from the supplier. I emailed on the 20 November for an update and was told they were in the quality check stage and that I would receive an email when they had been sent with a tracking reference. 10 December and nothing had arrived so I emailed again, I was told I could expect the item the following week. One shirt arrived on the 12 December so I queried where the other one was, I was told to be patient and reminded that I opted for the free 3-4 week delivery (even though this time had passed). On 24 December I emailed and said i wanted a refund, they told me to send them a letter and that the manager would respond in 7 days. I've emailed them today as I have assumed I would need the item in question before being able to apply for the refund but don't hold much hope for a satisfactory response.
