Complete Savings scammed 4 months' 'membership' fee off my bank account
Complaint against
Complete Savings
I was shocked to find out that this scamming company has been taking the so called 'membership fee' off my bank account on a monthly basis for several months. When I found out that I Emailed them immediately and they cunningly wanted to send me away by refunding only one month's so called 'membership fee'. The Complete Savings webpage I was directed to when I made a purchase has been designed to look like it was the merchandiser's own website offering a discount from the merchandiser itself, without looking like a third-party website. The webpage also did not give a clear confirmation on once keyed in the details it means joining. It only sent you an Email afterwards with a link and you're misled into thinking if you don't click on the link you don't activate or join any membership. When I traced to their website, it doesn't even give you the option to cancel the so called 'membership'. And a member login, if they claim you've join a membership, is nowhere to be found. You can only call a 0800 number or leave them messages to then deal with the loss. Please steer clear of this bogus webpage/website to avoid loss.
