[LAPSED] Didn't knowingly give bank details, didn't know they would charge me.
Complaint against Complete Savings
This company provides no legible service but claimed to be able to get me some money back on the tickets I just bought. It wasn't overly clear that this company wasn't associated with the organisation I bought the tickets from. I did not realise they had my bank details but they have somehow managed to take £15 from my account, googling the company it appears that this is their full intentions. Although I'm sure this was stated in the fine print, organisations have a responsibility to make charges transparent. As I have not used or even thought about this company, seeing as I clocked it was most likely a complete waste of time, and as I have stated I did not know they had my bank details, I'm going to pursue getting a full refund.
