I have been out of the country for 9 months now and my mother has just informed me that there has been 15gbp taken out of my account each month without my authorization! I have read many reviews and complaints on here, but I booked a ticket through the trainline.com, and was promised a 20gbp voucher for my next train purchase. I* did this on my mobile phone and nowhere on the mobile site did it say anything about being charged. As a single mum of 1, I do not have this kind of money to spare as I have been saving up for when I return to the UK. I would like to be contacted immediately to resolve this issue.
