[RESPONDED] Unaware of signed up - complete savings

Complaint against Complete Savings

Extremely shocked to discover that complete savings have been deducting £10 continuously for the last 5 years! I have emailed and asked for a refund but they only gave back a month worth of the refund. And they said I joined the membership after completing the travelodge online transaction. This isn’t fair to the consumers and I can’t afford to lose this money.
