Complaint against Complete Savings
I signed up for Complete Savings while booking a bus ticket with National Express after I was advertised a £16 cashback - however it was not made clear that a) The cashback was not affiliated with National Express b) I was changing website (and therefore company) c) That there was a monthly fee d) That the monthly fee has been continuing. In short this is not a reputable company and seems to profit only on scamming redirected traffic from more morally sound websites. I'd like a complete refund of the last (roughly) two years of debit payments that have been leaving my account without my knowledge.
