Complaint against Complete Savings
Have never signed up to Complete Savings before, however they have been taking £15 monthly from my account. They had taken my details from Trainline, the gentleman from customer services confirmed this, which I thought was despicable. However, after calling Complete Savings Customer services have managed to get a full refund from the lovely man on the end of the phone. Good customer service, but I should not have had to call up customer services if they had not illegally taken my details.
