Just spoken to the worst customer service advisor ever. They refuse to send an engineer to look at our table despite the fact that he was coming anyway to look at our sideboard! The engineer told us that the table had been damaged in transit but the advisor was adamant it was not although I'm not sure how she knows better than the engineer that saw it! They ignore your emails and do not return your calls.
