Complaint against Hillarys Blinds

I paid £3500 upfront to Hillarys Blinds & Carpets for 3 rooms and a bathroom. Order date 3 August 2015. The fitters came on Friday 28 August. They did not have sufficient material for bathroom so went unfinished the job. The Hillarys agent/salesperson did not make proper measurements. I telephoned the agent who was not responsive. I telephoned the Hillarys, I have emailed the Hillarys and I faxed the Hillarys describing my grievance and and utter dissatisfaction. They are totally non-communicative and unresponsive.
