Nigel Ohara had no intention of delivering a TV I purchased

I purchased a TV costing just under £800 from Nigel Ohara on 15/10/2015. Soon after doing so I realised a relatively long delivery date for this item and queried it via their website ticket system (there was no direct email or contact number) Alarm bells were ringing at this point. They replied to my querie explaining there having difficulty getting the TV from their suppliers and couldnt put a time on delivery, I then told them this wasn't good enough and asked for a refund which again was met with a delaying email explaining the refund was now in hands of there finance department which could take weeks to process. I went on there website to chase this refund up after being told by my bank I must wait 30 days after purchase for them to chase matters up. The website was closed, meaning no means of contacting the company. Nigel Ohara are now closing down their business, both on the high street and online.
