Sofa suite not fit for purpose
Complaint against Sofaworks
Purchased sofa suite from Sofaworks (Sofology)last year. Within 6 months the sofa had become uncomfortable and looked terrible after such a short amount of time of ownership. Contacted the company last month only to be met with indifference at best to utter apathy / contempt. Initially battled to have an "independent" inspection of the issues we were having - they sent there own employee who low and behold report there was no manufacturing fault - the fact is the suite is not fit for purpose! Had multiple telephone conversations and sent numerous emails over 4 weeks without redress or ounce of understanding, complete and utter stone walled. I work in a very competitive customer service/focused industry so have a basic understanding what is acceptable. However I've never experienced such appalling customer service from a retailer before, utterly frustrating and disappointed over something this company could easily rectify. furniture ombudsman next.
