I purchased 144.00 worth of clothes for my daughter prior to Christmas. One pair of trousers did not fit, she wanted to wear them for a party she was attending boxing day evening. I made a special journey to New Look in the Potteries Centre Hanley, paid for the car park and joined a long queue in New Look which took me approx 15 to 20 mins to get to the front. I was REFUSED an EXCHANGE because it was BOXING DAY. The girl on the till said we are there is a sign up. This sign was waist height by the till entrance. Impossible for anyone to see until they got to the front of the queue. I was extremely angry and upset that as a regular shopper in New Look, your company has a complete disregard for customer service when you are not taking money off them. You state on the rear of your receipt that exchange or refund anytime any store in the country within 28 days of purchase. Your policy does not state exc!using boxing day . I feel most aggrieved that your boxing day sales figures are more important than your customers who support you throughout the year.
