Overcharged and no response to written complaints

Complaint against Iceland

This complaint is two-fold: 1) a complaint was made, (on two separate e-mails a week apart), and not responded to by the complaints section. The first complaint was sent by my brother on 21/10/17 and I sent one on 2810/17, and no acknowledgement was received to either. This is very disappointing, as one would expect a complaint service provided to actually respond to complaints. 2) the original complaint was that my mother was charged twice for one chicken, so £2.50 twice, and then charged £1.65 for a butternut, despite it clearly displaying a sign saying 69p. She only noticed this when she got home, when she was unpacking, and checking the items against the receipt. It may not seem like a big amount, but every little bit counts, especially when you are an elderly person of 80. The details of the receipt are as follows: Date: 21/10/17 Time: 11:32 Receipt no: 0326 02 1102 74 I hope you will be able to take steps to remedy these issues. Thank you.
