Bad communication, delaying to issue refund

Complaint against Diya Online

I am extremely unhappy with the service we have received with Diya with have no update with our returns except staff asking for tracking number, when I said on numerous occasions that we don’t have this. We returned our order on the Monday 4th June, which is over two weeks ago, as you can see below receipt the proof of return. The value of our return is £60 of which we returned all products and your staff have not even checked to see if our parcel has been returned instead of checking they have kept on asking for the tracking number. I am appalled by the service, and how quick you have been to take out money yet nothing to chase a return, I will take this further if nothing is done to investigate our return. After confirming they have received our item they then went over the 14 days to receive refund and said it was down to Eid, how is it so quick to take money but not return? I am yet to have a refund although they said they would ‘escalate’
