I ordered 3 asian suits from Diya online. When I recieved the items the quality was very very poor. On their website the items looked very nice and good quality. I was misled. When my items were delivered one of the suits quality was so poor the lining was see through. I asked for a refund they said I need to fill in a returns form which was not inside the parcel. I had to download it from a link they sent. However the refund policy was returns within 28 days. My item reached them on the 29th day. They refused a refund on this basis even though the products did not match the description on the website. Can someone help it cost me £97 plus £11 special delivery.
