Complaint against Diya Online
I ordered 3 suits from Diya online over a week ago, asked and paid for next day delivery - apparently delivered to an address on my road and signed for. BUT NOT TO MY ADDRESS. I have spoken to their team in India 6 times now, they keep telling me they 'will do their level best' to resolve the situation, I have asked for a call back from management, a refund and a transcript of the conversation - been a week and not received any thing I have asked for. I have spoken to parcel force who haven't interviewed the driver yet, I have spoken to their store in Luton, who haven't returned my call by the manager and their team in India all seem to say the same thing and can only suggest I email [email protected] - which I have done twice, but no response. They are quick to take my money but not bothered to deal with customers complaints or their loss of parcel. They have no care, no manners, do not know how to deal with customers or to take them seriously. I will never wish to shop or recommend diya online to anybody ever again!
