Complaint against French Rococo Furniture

I placed my order back in january of this year and am yet to receive my delivery. I was promised that my delivery would arrive by april which did not happen. I chased them via telephone and emails but to no avail eventually given the company directors personal number who alparently would 'sort it out'. Sadly i was mugged off, he was rude and obnoxious after i persistently messaged him about my delivery date. I tweeted and left messages on instagram warning others not to order. I was told to contact southampton docks and only to be told they cannot help me and i should contact mediteranean shipping service who also were unable to help me. I am unable to get hold of the company on their main telephine line and the company directors personal mobile. I am at the end of my tether and feel extremely stressed. I want my full refund and this comlany shut down for good so that others don't have to go through this scam

Also have same issue with this company. the director Cameron Cummins has taken money and not provided goods. have now contacted police and trading standards. please call 03454040506 and explain situation, they will advise you of your rights. please ensure that you tell them the company are still trading and taking peoples money and ask them to contact Trading Standards to raise the issue with them on your behalf. trading standards need as many people as possible to contact.

Hi all try getting your money back via your card company. It does not matter if it was a debit card. It will not be easy but it is worth a shot but the more here again who apply maybe the card companies will take notice.

I have received an email from the french furniture company to 'assure' me that i will be receivibg my goods shortly. What a joke

Hi all i contacted companies house today to find out that they are going into the liquidation process. This means companies house is trying to shut them down, when this happens we will not be able to claim refund.i urge you all to email companies house and advise them to suspend the liquidation until after we have been issued a refund. Please also contact you bank as mine opened up a dispute with the beneficiary bank to see if they will refund. I will keep you all posted
