I ordered and paid for a piece of furniture which never arrived
Complaint against French Rococo Furniture
Placed and order and paid for in full on 9th November 2014 delivery being promised in 12 weeks. After this period we continuously e mailed and rang directly being given numerous dates and shipping tracking numbers to follow on line which did not make sense. After this it would be almost impossible to talk to someone and when we did saying they would ring back which never happened. My father spoke to the owner who said he would compensate us. Dates came and went then the phone line was disconnected. We have then copies of e mails. We also were forwarded photos of the bed being made. My parents drove to the address advertised as a ware house but it was a shop which just took in their mail. Excuse after excuse is stuck in customs in Portsmouth false tracking links by then we knew we had been duped. A notice was issued by us against the company to be served but they were unable to trace company or its owner. Notice was issued on the 14 December 2015.
