I placed an order with everything £5 and unfortunately I put the wrong delivery address on my account. I firstly got in contact with royal mail as I received a text to say that the item had been delivered to myself or a neighbour but when I gave the address the person on the phone said it wasn't the address that they had on the parcel, and I would have to get in contact with the company I emailed.Update: Rescue Letter Order Number: 6062310 Date Ordered: Tuesday 08 August, 2017 Order Status: Rescue Letter Track your order online here Everything5pounds.com Share e5p on Facebook Share e5p on Twitter Pin e5p on Pinterest why not share us with your friends The comments for your order are: Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Everything5pounds.com today. In order to assist you in retrieving the parcel from the wrong address, we will be sending a letter with proof of delivery and a pre-paid postage label attached, asking the residents to return the parcel to our warehouse at our expense. Regrettably, there is no guarantee that they will do so, however, if the parcel is returned to our warehouse, ONLY then will we be able re-direct the parcel free-of-charge to the correct address, and notify you once the parcel has been despatched. Our terms state that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the shipping and billing address details that they have confirmed are correct, including the complete door number, street name and postcode. We do not hold any liability for parcels if they are delivered to a wrong address that has been confirmed on the account as we would have followed the instruction initially requested on the parcel and therefore despatched it accordingly. You may still need to contact the residents at the delivered address and arrange a collection or a redelivery to an alternative address as we are no longer in possession of the parcel and hold no responsibility for it.
