I purchased a pair of shoes which after 2 hours of wearing them in work, began to sink into the floor. The heel was made of rubber on the outside, but was completely empty inside. I had to wear these hideous shoes until the end of my shift, which caused high levels of amuzment from the staff but most importantly, resulted in chronic back pain. I paid next day delivery charges, purchased them on the Saturday, they arrived on the Wednesday. When attempting to get in touch with the supplier, I was on hold for over an hour, without being able to speak to someone. I completed the online query form with a 48 hour turn around, it’s now 64 hours with no response. Very poor customer service, providing extremely poor faulty goods.
