Complaint against everything5pounds

Placed order October 24th had an email and text to say delivered on the 30th October. No one had attempted delivery or knocked. I found a card merely stating a number 11 I went to number 11 in the avenue and avenues within the vicinity not there. Now down £50 and no item. I will pursue a claim if I have to.

Was your claim successful? I am in the process of going down this route but also considering other routes as I am not happy at all with the Customer Services. I still haven't received a refund nor items since ordering in December 2018 (3rd week or so). Was supposed to have received them a few days before Christmas, apparently, they were delivered, but they clearly were not.

Yes i got my refund eventually i wouldnt leave it until i did.
