Flowers not been delivered

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I've ordered some 'get well' flowers to a sick friend on the 2nd March 2016.They say on their website next day delivery available however it wasn't an option at check out,so it meant to be delivered on the 4th.Late afternoon it still hasn't arrived so I sent them an email to ask to confirm that they still deliver it on a day,I got an automated email back saying they will deal with my email in 48 hours!!It is the 5th (Saturday evening) today,still no flowers or any respond from them.My friend is back to work on Monday.They already took the money off my card.Very disappointing!I wish I've used a well know company and paid couple of pound more.

never got respond from the company even though I was trying to cancel the order as they were late for the occasion.Flowers arrived on the 8th,4 days late.It was a really small bunch,nothing like on their website.
