I ordered flowers for my mother (who has just lost her husband) To be delivered on Thursday 29th March. They didn't deliver. They left no calling card. Even though Mum was in. I sent an email asking why they hadn't been delivered, I finally got a reply yesterday Tuesday 3rd April. Asking was the address correct. I noticed I had put one number wrong TN39 should have been TN34 but the address was correct. And after looking up the postcode TN39 doesn't exist. But still if the company had a problem they should have contacted me. And they didn't. Today 4th April the flowers have been left outside my Mums front door in the box. They didn't ring her bell. On opening the box the flowers are all dead.
