Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers last Tuesday for a colleague at work. I emailed to see if they could be delivered the same day, I received a reply to say that wasn't possible, which I understood. The flowers did not arrive the following day or indeed at all that week! My credit card was charged three times from the company at £13.99 making a total of £41.97 for flowers that were not sent! I am a nurse and this is an expense I can ill afford! I also sent approximately four emails that have so far been ignored! I would never deal with this company again. 0 rating for customer liaison!
