I payed for flowers to be delivered on Saturday 10/03/2018 for my daughter for mothers day. They did not arrive nor did they arrive on monday or tuesday. I have sent them 4 emails and they have not responded back to me yet they have taken the £20 out of my account. I have been in touch with my bank and they are going to investigate this matter but they should not be allowed to get away with this, i don't have a lot of money and to have someone take what i have got without goods makes me angry.
