Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers from you and my girlfriend received them on the 23/11/16, although they were already dying and the next day completely dead. I've ordered from you previously and the flowers have been fine but I did notice this time there was nothing in the packaging to keep them alive. I emailed you via the website immediately the next day after receiving and I am still yet to have this problem resolved, all my girlfriend wants is some new flowers! Please help.
