Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers one after the other for delivery on 10th March, I did 2 seperate orders as they were going to different addresses. The 1st bouquet came on the 9th (a day early) was delivered by the postman, they were wilted and squashed which was upsetting as they were both for mothers day. I emailed to conplain they asled for a photo that i provided, the 2md bouquet wasn't delivered at all which was awkward as it was again a surprise for Mother's Day for my set Mom. I emailed to say they hadn't been delivered and asked for a full refund for both. I had a reply asking if i wanted the bouquet replacing or a full refund and that the 2nd order hadn't gone through but i was charged for both on my bank statement. I asked again for a full refund and had no reply for days, i sent another email asking for a full refund and stated the lack of communication was a disgrace. I am yet to get a reply or a refund. Will never use again and they ruined my mother's day surprise.
