Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I bought a florist meadow bouquet for delivery to a friend who is ill and she hasn't received them, nor any card. This is the first time I have used this website and I am extremely disappointed and upset. I have emailed this site for a response. I was suspicious from the start because of the surcharge added at checkout and no phone number for customer service. Will take further if I don't receive an adequate response

I have had the same trouble previously. I eventually got my money back but ever since the hassle with this company I have been in undated with unwanted emails from various sources. Never had this trouble before, would be interesting to see if any other disgruntled customer has experienced the same problem!
