Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers for my mother for their anniversary . When ordering the flowers an additional £1 surcharge was added with no explanation. The flowers arrived 2 days late . There was supposed to be 12 red roses and there was only 10 and they were dead .There was no wrapping around the stems so they didn't stand a chance I complained to the company via email as there is no telephone number and was told to send a photo, which I did. They then said they would send a replacement which I declined and requested a refund. After 10 days they said to return the flowers in the original packaging. My mum had thrown the flowers away and the bin men had been so that wasn't possible .I explained and they said they could only give a partial refund . The flowers were nothing like the pictures on their website and there are no bad comments on their site . I have asked for a letter from a manger asking why I am unable to have a refund as the goods were not as described and no one has replied
