I ordered some birthday flowers for my cousin whose birthday it was yesterday. She has recently been bereaved and I thought flowers arriving at work would cheer her up. I Googled flower companies close to her place of work and found LovelyFlora world. Unfortunately like some other reviewers I did not look up any reviews, a mistake I shall not repeat in the future! Yesterday afternoon, as I had not heard from my cousin, I emailed LovelyFlora world to ask them to track the delivery. I was told that they deliver up until 6pm so I was hopeful. My cousin was not going to be at work today so they had to be delivered. Unfortunately and as predicted by other reviews they didn't get delivered until today the 29th, a day late. Naturally I emailed the company to be told that as they were delivered by Royal Mail they couldn't guarantee delivery on any specified date. My cousin will now see the flowers tomorrow when she's back at work. I'm now really worried that they are embarrassingly small and don't resemble the picture. In addition I've just been told by them that 95% of their reviews are good, they state that delivery may not be in 1-2 days in their T&Cs and for a refund I would need to send the flowers back. Amazing response!
