Late delivery and dead flowers
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Flower delivery for Mother's Day from my daughter, these did not arrive on Mother's Day even although they were purchased online well in advance. The flowers did arrive but 10 days late only to find that the flowers were not in a fresh condition and damaged box. The flowers were not secured in the very large box giving the flower heads room to be damaged. Roses were brown and wilted and the gerbera flowers were squashed. Really disappointed and contact has been made by my daughter and myself to complain and whilst they acknowledged our email no further correspondence has been received. No contact number to resolve the issue which is very frustrating.
