Complaint against
Lovely Flora World
I ordered some flowers & chocolates on 27/10/16 to be delivered 31/10/16 and they still haven't arrived. Having recently moved overseas I thought I would use Lovely Flora World's online service for a close friends birthday. I purposely ordered early and even allowed an extra day for delivery but they still didn't get delivered. You can imagine how embarrassed and infuriated I am. I've emailed to ask why there hasn't been any form of communication, update or apology for this? I have also demanded a full refund asap.
