Non Delivery of Mother's Day Flowers

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I attach the following Email sent to Lovely Flora World on Monday morning which explains the issue: The above order ref was placed by my wife on Friday afternoon for Mothers Day, and despite all correspondence from you stating that the flowers were to be delivered on Saturday the 5th, nothing has been received. I appreciate that buried in the small print there will be disclaimer somewhere to avoid responsibility for lateness, however given that next day delivery is heavily advertised and a main selling point for using you in the first place, I hope you understand that I can't help but feel slightly mislead. Can you please cancel the order and refund the card that payment was made with as soon as you can, these are no longer needed as I have now had to source a replacement bunch from an another shop. I would hope to see the funds back in my bank towards the end of the week after which I will pursue the issue with my bank. Best Regards Warren Fothergill & Sharon Fothergill
