Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I placed an order for mothers day 1st of March and one on the 5th of March that my mum recieved, however , I put in an order to my other mum and no flowers arrived, I called my bank and they told me 2 lots of 17.99 was taken from my account, I was having problems with the websight saying it never went through so kept tryimg, I suffer depression sever anxiety I don't work as I'm disabled I'm registered blind with limited vision but I do know I put in 2 orderes not 3 plus no flowers were delivered, you can't call them and you don't get enough space to write your full complaint, I'm really upset I've lost money and no delivery , what do I do ??? Please help me .
