Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I made two separate orders on Friday 4th March early afternoon before 5pm so they could be delivered next day for Mother's Day- one order for my mother and one order for my mother in law. Website says next day deliveries can take up to two days so I was expecting them to arrive Saturday or Monday. It is now Thursday and my two separate orders have not arrived at either recipient. I have sent several e-mails since Saturday and received a first response today explaining that next day deliveries can take up to two days but this isn't a satisfactory response as the flowers are now 5 days late. There is no contact number so it makes it very difficult to communicate with the company and sort things out.
