Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Both my partner and I separately ordered flowers for our mothers on 3rd March. As yet neither mum has flowers. Emailed sat 5th and today but no response. I am blind and disabled and rely on internet for gifts for occasions like this. How do I get my money back? Can I tell card issuer go cancel payment? Am now worried they may take more money from my account as now I know they are not reputable.
