I’m absolutely disgusted! I order a Mother’s Day bouquet to be sent to my mum, I don’t live in the same country as her so thought it would be a lovely treat for the flowers to be delivered as a surprise. I ordered and paid for these in good faith expecting them to be delivered on the date specified 10/3/18. I got a confirmation email stating they had been made up and were ready to be delivered on said date, and low and behold they didn’t arrive! I have now just typed your company name into Facebook to find hundreds of complaints and bad reviews about your company. I feel so stupid!! I will not be taking this and am planning on taking further action. The payment will be refunded and you will be reported to trading standards. You will not get away with taking people’s money and delivering (when that happens)a mediocre product!
