Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I had been feeling particularly unwell and my partner had decided as he doesn't live close to me to clear me up by ordering me a surprise bouquet of roses. He told me to expect a delivery on the date stated on his confirmation so I waited in all day for my delivery that never arrived!! As you can imagine he is extremely disappointed! He has contacted Lovely Flora World via email regarding a refund to which he has not yet received any kind of response. The lack of customer service is absolutely appalling!! The company was recommended however we will not be recommending them to anyone and would advise people to steer clear after this experience!
